The purification process for stromal vascular fraction (SVF) can be performed using additional short plastic adherence incubation step (16-20h). This process leads in 24h to a predictable GMP-compliant cell-product. This product is more homogenous than the SVF.

Three-year follow-up of patients, treated for diabetic foot ulcers with mesenchymal stromal cells that revealed absence of ulcer recurrence, neoplasms, and scar contracture. Collagen ultrasound density decreased by 57% and the epidermal thickness increased by 72% in the area of healed ulcers.

In COVID-19 infection, the various functions of immune cells lead to defense or failure against the virus. Cell therapy is of great importance as a new treatment for COVID-19 infection.
